Thames Ditton Wrap-Around Extension

Manav approached SKC Services Ltd with an idea of building a single storey side and rear extension to existing dwelling including internal structural openings. The client’s top priority was to spend more quality time with his family in a large, modern and open plan kitchen/dining/living area.

Installed at the back of the extension ‘Crittall’ style doors with the wooden parquet flooring and neutral colours give the space a warm and inviting feel. The client also requested redecoration of the front room, hall, staircase and bedrooms. Part of the side extension was turned into a small home office. Additionally, at the ground floor level we constructed the new toilet and utility room. To gain a thermal upgrade and to give the house a fresh look we provided thermal insulation and new rendering.

Addition to the back garden is a spacious patio which gives an extra outside sitting area for the family and their guests.
